That time of year is soon upon us and we are very excited to announce this year’s theme for Lammas Cotillion V: Daydream Masquerade. We’re going to be breaking the mold with this cotillion and hopefully we will also be starting some new traditions. Our motto for this year, “Invite The Sun”, means that we will be starting the cotillion earlier this year and allow the sun to be a part of the festivities. Lammas is a celebration of the harvest after all, and nothing would be better than to honor the very reason we have a harvest in the first place: The Sun. So far we have a very exciting line-up of performers this year and it will only get better as we confirm more information. Sunday Louis and I went to the Mountain for a celebration up in Daffodil Meadow with Madie and Kenny. We drove the wonderfully short 1.5 hours trip, parked, and walked among the neutral browns and grays that come with a forest during this cold time of year.
